Functional Fitness (FF) is Ashleyโs dream becoming reality through training for the past 18+ years. The doors to FF are open to help clients train to improve not just your appearance, but your outlook on your confidence and capabilities as well. We have a passion for helping others improve, knowing perfection is unrealistic and unsustainable. Our team is ready to help you reach your goals and exceed them.
About Ashley
I was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. In 2009, I graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Movement & Sports Science. After college, I moved 7 states in 8 years, working in the fitness industry, learning and developing as a coach. In 2020, I left the original Functional Fitness in Redwood Falls, MN to move back to Mississippi for my husband's career. I have spent the last few years training on the Gulf Coast before deciding it was time to bring the FF culture and community to The Pass.
I have trained athletes of all ages 9-84, at different levels and abilities. This has led me to believe that training is for everyone, but how you train should be based on where you are right now to progress you towards your goals.
My goal as a coach has been to help more people in bringing Functional Fitness to Mississippi, I get to do just that. I love to teach, coach, and support my community in all areas of fitness, nutrition, and health

About Trent
I was born and raised in Biloxi Mississippi. Growing up me and my 4 siblings were always involved in all kinds of sports and other athletic activities. I graduated from St. Patrick Catholic Highschool in 2022 and soon after that I started coaching highschool and middle school baseball there too. I have had ulcerative colitis since 2016 and training and eating right has helped me deal with it in the best of ways. Being around athletes and doctors my whole life has made me want to train everyone to be the healthiest that they can be.
My hobbies consist of riding dirt bikes, finding and cooking new meals, and learning more about fitness anyway I can.
