WHY OUR GYM?

Training is meant to push you to your limits and past them.  At FF we do this while keeping in mind your ability and fitness level.  Training programs are designed to deliver results while reducing the risk of injury, and having you walk out the door each training session feeling better than you did when you walked in the door.

The goal is to show up for yourself and be consistent.  The best results come from showing up for your scheduled sessions over time.  We see the best results from client's training consistently.  You don’t need to show up every day for a month, you need to show up 2-3 times a week for a year.  That’s where you will truly see the change in yourself. This is the place to show up to reach your goal and follow that up by setting the next goal to achieve.  It’s about more than the scale or the number or the goal, it’s about the lifestyle for a lifetime.

START WITH A SUCCESS SESSION

Before the training ever starts, we take everybody through an extensive Success Session. It is important for us to meet with everybody to understand why you want to join, what your goals are and how we can help you reach them.

This process also allows us to screen for injury and limitation in movement, giving us the tools to design a program that will keep you injury-free and meet you where you are. Everybody involved with Functional Fitness must be screened before participating in our training programs.

At Functional Fitness we use the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) along with other screening measures to allow us to see how your body moves to develop a training plan to improve movement quality, reduce pain, and get you to your goals

SCHEDULING BASED ON AVAILABILITY

Training Windows:

Monday-Thursday

5:30am - 7pm

Friday

8am - 1pm

TRAINING DAYS & TIMES

You have the choice to train 2x/week or 3x/week in-person or hybrid option. You will get set on Days & Times that work best for you. We do suggest a consistent training schedule for the best results and consistency.

Training times will be determined based on need. For many clients training schedules will look like this:

2x/week clients:

Monday & Wednesday or

Tuesday & Thursday

@ set time

3x/week clients:

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday or

Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday
