If your goal is to improve your game, you need more than just practice; you need training that carries over to the field, court, and track.

At Functional Fitness Pass Christian, our Athlete Training program builds the strength, speed, and power that make the difference when it matters most.

To get started with athlete training you will need to book a Success Session.

IN-SEASON, OUT-OF-SEASON, & PRE-SEASON

Our athletes train in-house year round. Yes, they train in-season. When athletes are in-season we aim to train 1-2 days per week. This allows us to maintain strength without overloading the body.

ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

One of the best ways to build the athlete base is though a well-structured, age appropriate movement and strength program that challenges that athlete in all facets of athleticism. They will train in a variety of exercises including jumping, sprinting, throwing, balancing, stabilizing, and strength.

Grades 3rd- 5th

Wednesdays 4 pm

Limit 12 athletes

Focus: Building coordination, body awareness, and fundamental athletic skills

LIFTING FOUNDATIONS

The next step in athletic performance is learning how to move safely and effectively under load. In this program, athletes will be introduced to proper lifting technique, building confidence in the weight room while developing strength, power, and coordination. The focus is on teaching movement patterns that transfer to every sport — squatting, hinging, pressing, pulling, and carrying so athletes build a strong foundation that sets them up for long-term success.

1 or 2x/week option

Wednesdays 5 pm & Saturdays 8 am

Limit 10 athletes

Focus: Teaching proper lifting technique and safe strength training habits

TRAINING DAYS & TIMES

Athletes train during semi-private training hours. This way they can train on days and times that work best for their scheduled.
